You provide the hair and we convert it into a wig. Wigs are a luxury and you deserve the best, with our service you can have just that.
So what this means is that you'll ship in your bundles, closure, or frontal and we will convert it into a wig. However, we just ask:
- Please know your head size and measurements.
- If your circumference is a half an inch, round up. Example: head circumference measurement measures 21.5 you would select 22.
- Must specify if you want the wig styled (straight, curls, baby hairs, etc.).
You must know your measurements, because the hair is being shipped in we can not measure your head ourselves. In order for us to create the perfect custom glueless wig for you, we suggest you follow the guard provided to help ensure you get the perfect fit.
Keep in mind the quality of the hair you're providing. Not all hair is the same and some hair with lower quality (no matter what) can not be manipulated into certain styles. I will do my best to achieve the style as asked, but again quality does matter.
Turnaround time is 7-14 business days. This timeframe starts when we receive the hair. Please remember, this does not include the following: weekends, holidays, vacation periods, weather delays, mailing delays, etc. After you ship off the hair, please provide us with a tracking number.
